Blessed by the employer this piece is meant to really highlight the hard work of the employee. This token acts in a level system, in each step up the ladder of hard work the rubber band gets to stretch more… up to the point of breakage. So I pose the question: is this even worth it? That is approval from others - or is work simply for oneself?
